My Story
Like most agency owners, I started as a filmmaker — obsessed with the craft, saying yes to every job, and doing everything myself. The work was good. The business was chaos. I was the marketing team, the salesperson, the editor, and the project manager all at once, and my income was capped by how many hours I could stay awake.
